If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return your item(s) within 10 days for a store credit or exchange. Products being returned must be unused, unsoiled and in the original packaging. Products must be sent back at the expense of the customer.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure returns are packed properly to prevent damage occuring in transit.
It is essential that a copy of your tax invoice, along with a reference to your order number is enclosed with the return.

Please note, we do not provide refunds if you change your mind or make the wrong choice. However, if you observe a major fault/defect on delivery of your product, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
All products purchased from Bag Heaven come with varying warranty periods that begin from the date of purchase. There warranties do not cover wear and tear, damage from carriers or misuse. If such damage does occur, please report it to your airline or insurance company.
If a problem occurs with your purchased item within the period covered by the manufacturer's warranty, you can contact the manufacturer for a direct resolution of your warranty claim. You can also contact us at Bag Heaven where we are likely to request an in store assessment of the purchase. If we find that the purchased goods are covered by warranty we will endeavour to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Please understand that it is the customers responsibility to cover freight charges if the product is to be sent directly to the company for assessment.
